If you need to submit a report, please use the Make Report button.
Please make sure you add:
- the name of the person the report is concerning
- the time and date of the incident
- all relevant details, including your own name
- the category of the disclosure from the drop-down list
- If you would like to add a photo or other image to the report, please send it in an email to Zac or Louise
For students:
If you would like to highlight a concern, please use the Make Report button.
You do not have to leave your contact details if you do not want to.
Please make sure you add:
- the time and date of the incident
